Kwc Homes Llp is based in South Extension 1. We have our space at J 34 on the lower ground floor. Being on the lower ground floor means you have to walk down a short flight of steps from the street level. It’s a bit cooler down there, which is a nice change from the Delhi heat. South Ex is a very busy commercial area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Our office is a single large room with a couple of smaller sections partitioned off. We have some basic desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and notes we’ve pinned up. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. People just walk in and we talk to them. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at documents. The lighting is mostly fluorescent, which is common for these types of spaces. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. It’s a no-frills kind of place. We like being in South Extension because it’s easy for people to find J 34. Even though it’s a busy part of town, once you step down into our office, it feels a bit more secluded. We just focus on our work and try to stay organized with all the files for Kwc Homes Llp. It works for us.
