Our office is in the DDA Building at Nehru Place, specifically unit G 8. If you know South Delhi, you know Nehru Place is always buzzing with people and electronics. It’s a loud, energetic area and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Kshirsa Buildcon Llp operates out of this ground floor space. Having an office on the ground floor is great because we don’t have to wait for elevators. We see people walking by all day. Our team is small and we prefer it that way. It makes it easier to keep track of what everyone is doing. We handle various building projects across the city. Most of our time is spent on-site or dealing with the paperwork that comes with construction. It isn't always glamorous work. There is a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do every day. We don't spend money on big advertisements. Usually, people hear about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our office sign when they're in the area. We try to be honest about timelines and what can actually be done. If a project is too big or doesn't fit our schedule, we say so. We just want to do a decent job and stay busy. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually end up talking about the day's progress. It’s a simple life.
