Komplett Advisory Llp is based out of Janta Flat 50B in Sheikh Sarai Phase II. It’s a South Delhi spot that feels more like a home than a typical office, mostly because it is a flat. We like that it’s not some cold, sterile corporate environment. We have our desks set up in the main room, and there’s usually a stack of books or papers on every available surface. Our work is advisory, so we spend a lot of time thinking and talking about how to help people with their professional goals. It’s a lot of back-and-forth conversation and looking at different options. We don't have a big sign on the building, so you have to know which flat you’re looking for. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty quiet during the day which is good for focusing. We don't have a big staff, just a small group of us who have been working together for a while. We do our own filing and our own cleaning, which keeps us grounded. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. We aren't interested in being the most famous firm in the city, just in doing a good job for the people who trust us with their questions. We just open up in the morning, do our bit, and close down when the work is done. It is a simple life here.
