Khan Chacha Kebabs Private Limited is located right on the ground floor at C-30 in Nizamuddin East. This part of South Delhi has its own rhythm, and we are right in the middle of it. We mostly spend our time around the grills and making sure the kebabs are being prepped the way they should be. It gets hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months, but that's part of the job. People come by looking for a meal, and we do our best to have it ready for them. The shop isn't some massive restaurant; it’s a practical space designed for cooking. We've got our routine down, from marinating the meat to getting the coal started. There are days when the supply of ingredients is a bit late, and we have to scramble a bit, but we always manage to open the doors. Nizamuddin is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of the daily life here now. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just make kebabs and sell them to whoever is hungry. Sometimes the floor needs an extra scrub or the vent needs fixing, but it’s just the usual stuff that comes with running a food business. We are just a local team trying to keep the grills going every day. It’s tiring work sometimes, but seeing people eat and leave happy is enough for us to keep at it.
