Karyan Infra Developers shares the space at D-28 on the third floor in Defence Colony. While some of the other folks here focus on smaller builds, we tend to look at the bigger picture of infrastructure. That usually means dealing with more complex stuff like roads, drainage, or larger commercial foundations. It’s a lot of coordination with different departments and making sure all the pieces fit together before we even start digging. The office can get pretty loud when we are all in there at once trying to sort out a logistical problem. We don’t have a lot of polish or a front desk person in a suit. It’s more of a place where we sit down and hammer out the details of a project. South Delhi is where we are based, but the work takes us all over the region. Some projects take months of planning before any real work starts on the ground. We just try to stay honest about how long things are going to take and what they are going to cost. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with the scale of infrastructure, so we just take it one step at a time. We’ve got a small team that knows their stuff, and we prefer it that way. If you come by the third floor, you’ll see we are just regular people trying to get some important work done. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls.
