Karyan Buildtech is located over in Defence Colony, on the third floor of D-28. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done. We deal with the more technical side of building things, which is why we have the buildtech name. It’s mostly about figuring out how to use better materials and modern methods so a house or an office actually lasts. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. South Delhi is a busy place to work, but being in Def Col makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to make sure the jobs we take on are handled properly from start to finish. Some days are just filled with phone calls and emails, while other days we are out visiting sites to see how the actual construction is going. It's a small team here on the third floor. We’ve all been in the industry for a while, so we know that things rarely go perfectly according to plan. We just try to fix things as they come up and keep the project on track. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. If you walk up to the third floor at D-28, you’ll usually find someone at a desk buried under some papers or a laptop trying to make sense of a new regulation.
