Kansal Buildmart Llp is located in Govindpuri, right near Shila Chowk. If you’re coming down the road, you’ll find us at 509/5A, which is actually called Kansal House. It’s a family-named building, so it feels a bit more personal than some of those glass towers you see in other parts of New Delhi. We’re on the second floor, or S/F as the records say, and it’s a pretty straightforward space. South Delhi can be expensive and flashy, but Govindpuri is a bit more grounded and real. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and Shila Chowk is the main landmark we tell everyone to look for. The area is always buzzing with people and small shops, which we like. Most of our work involves building supplies and construction management, and doing it from here just feels right. It’s not a fancy setup with a receptionist or anything. It’s mostly just us sitting around desks, talking about ongoing projects and making sure things are moving at the sites. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff that keeps the business running. Being in the 110091 area means we’re close to a lot of the local action. Sometimes the streets get crowded, especially near the chowk, but it’s home for the business. We keep things simple and just focus on the task at hand without trying to look bigger than we are. It is just regular work from a regular office.
