Our place is over in Greater Kailash II, at S-533 on the ground floor. It’s Flat No-1, right near the BLK Market. It’s a nice area of South Delhi, a bit quieter than some other parts of the city. KADAM RENTAL MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is where we handle the day-to-day work of looking after rental properties. It’s mostly about making sure things are running okay for both the owners and the tenants. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting the flats to check on things. The office itself is pretty simple and unpretentious. It’s a ground floor spot, which is handy because people can just walk in from the street without searching for us. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know the GK II area really well. We deal with leaky pipes, lease renewals, and all those small things that come with managing a home. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary work that needs to be done. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done and how much it will cost. Being near the market means we can grab a quick coffee or a snack when things get busy. We’ve been here long enough that the local guards and shopkeepers know us by name. It’s a practical, local business.
