You can find us in the basement at A-393 in Defence Colony. It’s a quiet little spot in South Delhi where we’ve set up Joyous Homes. We aren't a big company with a hundred employees. It’s just a small group of us who focus on housing projects around the city. The basement stays cool during those really hot Delhi summers, which we definitely appreciate. We spend most of our time looking at sketches or talking to people about where they want to build. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and trying to make sure the materials show up on time. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sell you something you don't need. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone on a call or the hum of the computers. We’ve been here in New Delhi-110024 for a good while now. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. Sometimes we walk over to the local market for a quick bite during lunch. Our work is practical and hands-on. We don't have a big corporate ladder. Everyone just pitches in to get the daily tasks done. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the basement entrance. We’re usually here until late making sure everything is in order for the next day.
