Joyco Realtech Llp

We've been working out of S 152 in Greater Kailash 2 for a while now. Joyco Realtech Llp is just a small team of us here in South Delhi. Most days you’ll find us at the office or out meeting people around the neighborhood. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, and the traffic near the 110048 zip code can be a bit much sometimes, but we like being centrally located. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. People often ask where exactly we are, so we just tell them to look for the building number S 152. It is pretty easy to find once you are in the GK 2 area. We do a lot of the usual real estate stuff. There isn't much to say about us really, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We try to keep things simple. If you are walking around South Delhi, you might have passed by our place. It’s just a regular office setting. We don’t go for anything flashy here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at documents. It works for us. We've stayed in this part of Delhi because it's where everything happens. Joyco Realtech Llp is just part of the local scene here.
