We are at A-250 on Pandara Road. It is a well-known area in Delhi and it is fairly easy to locate once you are on the right stretch of road. Jihosuya Jena (J.J.) Consultancy (Opc) Private Limited operates out of this space. It is a bit different from the crowded commercial hubs like Karol Bagh because Pandara Road has a bit more breathing room and trees. The office is basically just a few rooms where we manage our daily business. We have the usual stuff like desks, some old filing cabinets, and a place for people to sit and talk. It is not a large operation, just an OPC, so it stays pretty quiet inside most of the time. We do not have any fancy marketing materials or big posters on the walls. It is mostly just the work itself that takes up our time and attention. You can hear the cars passing by outside, but it is not too distracting for us. We usually have some tea in the afternoon and go through whatever papers arrived in the morning mail. The address A-250 is easy enough for the courier guys to find, which is helpful. We like being in this part of town. It feels very established and steady. We do not try to be something we are not. We just show up, do the consultancy work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down.
