Jamdass Developers Private Limited is located over at M-69 in Greater Kailash, Part-1. This part of South Delhi is always active, and our office sits right in the thick of it. We have been around for a bit, mostly focusing on local development projects that come our way. People around here know the 110048 area is pretty established, so we try to fit in without making too much noise. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us handling the paperwork and talking to contractors all day. It isn't always smooth sailing, especially with the Delhi heat or the traffic when we need to visit a site. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and arguing about where things should go. We aren't interested in sounding like those big firms downtown. We just do our jobs and try to get things built right. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and files, but that is how we know we are actually working. Being in Greater Kailash means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us because they saw one of our projects or heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure the foundations are solid and the walls are straight. It's just us here at Jamdass, trying to keep things moving as best as we can today.
