Jaiom Sai Buildwell Private Limited is based in Ghitorni. You can find us at Tarla Mohalla, House Number 765, on the ground floor. Ghitorni is an interesting spot in South Delhi because it still has that village feel in some parts, even with all the new growth. Our office in Tarla Mohalla is very much a part of that. We are on the ground floor, so it is easy to duck in and out. We focus on buildwell projects, which basically means we are into construction and making sure things are built right. The office is a no-frills kind of place. We have some chairs, a couple of tables, and plenty of site maps. It can get a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction around, but that is just part of the job. We are not interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We would rather spend our time at the actual building sites than sitting in a polished office. Most of the people around House 765 know us. We have been working in this area for a good bit now and we understand how things work here. It is a straightforward business. We take on a project, we figure out the best way to build it, and then we get to work. Being based in Ghitorni keeps us close to our projects and the people we work with every day on the ground.
