We are based over in South Delhi at C-23, Part-I of Greater Kailash Enclave. It’s a nice enough area, though parking can be a real pain sometimes. Our office at Infrawood Realtors Llp is where we spend most of our waking hours. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly around this side of town. It’s not always easy, as people here can be quite picky about what they want. We don't mind that, it’s just part of the territory. We’ve got a couple of desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of files scattered around. We don't try to look like those big firms you see on TV. We just talk to folks plainly. If someone wants to sell their place, we look at the market and give them a straight answer. We don't use scripts or corporate jargon. Most of our day is spent visiting properties or waiting for clients who are stuck in traffic. Greater Kailash has changed quite a bit since we started, with old houses being torn down for new flats. We keep an eye on all of that. We aren't here to change the world; we’re just here to handle property transactions and make sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a contract. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation in 110048. We hope to stay here for a while.
