If you know the Kalkaji area, you know how crowded the blocks can get, but we’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time. It’s basically just a few of us working out of the ground floor. We handle a lot of different building projects and real estate stuff. It isn't always glamorous work. Most of the time it is just arguing over permits or checking on sites to make sure things are actually moving. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations or making the place look like a corporate headquarters because we are usually out at the sites anyway. Sometimes the office is a mess with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. That's just how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi or anything like that. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. There are plenty of challenges in this business, especially with how much things cost these days, but we manage to keep the lights on. It is a family-style environment here, even if we aren't all related. We know the neighbors and they know us. If you’re looking for us, look for the door near the park.
