Our place is in Greater Kailash II, specifically at E-354 on the first floor. Indo Prime Developers Llp is what's on the door. South Delhi is a fast-moving area, and we’re right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time working on different development projects. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well for meetings and paperwork. Most of the real action happens out at the construction sites. We have to coordinate with a lot of different people every day. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We deal with a lot of residential stuff mostly. Living and working in GK-II means we see a lot of changes happening in the neighborhood all the time. People always want to upgrade their spaces or build something new. We just try to keep up with the demand. The team is small, just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the rain messes up the schedule, or a supplier is late, but that’s construction for you. We just take it day by day and try to get the houses finished. It's a steady life, really. We've been at this address for a while now and know the local rules and people pretty well. It keeps us occupied from morning until late evening.
