Imas Infrastructures Private Limited

We are based out of Mannat Apartment in Shaheen Bagh, specifically in Flat No. 305. If you know Gali No. 7, you know how crowded and lively it can get. Imas Infrastructures Private Limited is basically just a few of us working from this small office in Jamia Nagar. It’s not a huge corporate building or anything like that. It’s just a regular flat where we keep our files, drink our tea, and meet with contractors. South Delhi has a lot of infrastructure needs, and we try to do our part where we can. Sometimes the traffic in Shaheen Bagh makes it a bit of a trek for people to visit us, but we usually spend most of our time out at the actual sites anyway. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now. There’s a lot of paperwork in this business, so a good chunk of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the desk looking at blueprints. We started out small and we’ve mostly stayed that way because it’s a lot easier to manage. You’ll find us here most mornings looking over plans and making calls to suppliers. It’s a lived-in space, nothing too polished or fancy. We do general infrastructure work, the kind of things that keep buildings standing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to get the work done that comes our way. Living and working here means we know the local lanes and how to get things moved through them.
