Our office is tucked away in the lower ground floor of S-160 in Greater Kailash Part-1. If you know the GK-1 area, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the blocks and the market traffic nearby. We’ve been Huron Developers and Promoters for a bit now, focusing on local development work around South Delhi. Being in a basement office means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a relief. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It's not a glamorous job, despite what people think about real estate and promotion. There’s a lot of running around between different offices and sites. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Delhi long enough to know how things work. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk covered in papers or out on a call. We handle the paperwork and the ground work that goes into making buildings happen. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t see. We just prefer to stay local and handle things personally. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. Just a regular bunch of folks trying to build things right in our part of the city.
