Hriwa Housing Private Limited

If you are looking for us, we are up on the third floor at E-42. It’s Unit No. 10 on the left side of the building in Khanpur Extension. Hriwa Housing Private Limited is a small team, and we’ve been working out of this Delhi office for quite some time now. Khanpur is a crowded neighborhood, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a challenge some days. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a lot of registers filled with notes about different properties in South Delhi. We spend our days talking to landlords and showing people around various flats. It’s not a glamorous job, and there’s a lot of walking up and down stairs. The building we are in doesn't have a lift, so we get our exercise for sure. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or brochures. We just sit down with a cup of tea and talk about what's available and what the costs are. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one file at a time. People in the 110062 area know us as the local guys who handle the housing stuff. We try to be as straightforward as possible about the condition of the places we show. We’ve lived in Delhi long enough to know that honesty is the only way to stay in business around here.
