High Life Restuarants Private Limited

We are located at 1885 Mandir Marg, right by Jagram Mandir in Kotla Mubarakpur. It is on the first floor. This is very near the Lodhi Road area. Being near a temple means there are always people walking around. We run a restaurant here. It is not a huge place, but it stays pretty busy during lunch and dinner times. We have a simple setup with tables and chairs that we have had for a long time. The kitchen is right at the back of the room. You can hear the pans clanking and the stove hissing all day. We serve basic meals that people like to eat. We make dal, roti, and some vegetable dishes. We do not try to do anything too complicated or strange. The staff is mostly family and a couple of guys from the neighborhood. We get our supplies from the local market early in the morning before we open. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep for the older folks who visit us. We have thought about moving to a ground floor spot, but we like the history of this place. The view of the street from the window is nice. You can see everyone going to the temple for prayers. It is a lively spot. We spend our evenings cleaning the floors and getting ready for the next day.
