Guru Nanak Land Square Developersprivate Limited is based in the Govindpuri area of Kalka Ji. We are located in Gali No-13, at house number 1409 A, on the first floor. Govindpuri is a very busy part of Delhi, and our office is right in the middle of all that activity. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, working as developers on various local projects. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of space away from the street level, but we’re still very much part of the neighborhood. We deal with land and construction, which means a lot of our time is spent out and about looking at different sites. We don't have a big team of marketers or a fancy reception area. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something in our own community. Developing land in a crowded city like Delhi is never simple, and there are always new rules or issues to figure out. We just take things as they come and try to be practical about every situation. We aren't here to make big claims. We just want to do our jobs properly and see our projects through to the end. It’s hard work, but we’ve got used to the pace of life here in Kalka Ji and we plan to keep at it for the long run.
