GUNBANI CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED is located right on the ground floor of C-21 in Lajpat Nagar-I. If you know South Delhi, you know Lajpat Nagar is always crowded and full of life, no matter the time of day. Our office at 110024 is no different. We are on the ground floor, which makes it very easy for our older members who don't want to deal with climbing stairs or waiting for lifts. We run a chit fund, so there is always something going on with collections and the monthly cycles. It’s a small place, nothing fancy about it. We have some metal files, a few computers, and usually a pot of tea going for anyone who stops by. People stop by not just for business but sometimes just to say hello while they are out shopping in the big market nearby. We don't do big ads in the papers. Most people find us because their neighbor or cousin told them about us. Being in Lajpat Nagar-I means we are right in the middle of everything. It can get very noisy outside with the traffic and the shoppers, but inside we just focus on the ledgers and the auctions. We’ve been at this address for a while and haven't felt the need to move to a newer building. It’s a good location for a business like ours because everyone knows the C-21 building. We try to be helpful and direct with everyone who walks in. There is no corporate talk here, just plain English and regular conversation.
