Growth Elevation Infra Private Limited operates out of C-28 in the Om Sai Ashthavinayak Chs, located in Sector-24. It is a residential society, so it feels very much like a home office. We have neighbors living all around us, which means we have to keep the noise down. The office is basically one of the rooms converted with a few desks and a lot of shelving for our binders. Sector-24 is a busy part of town and we see a lot of activity from the balcony. We spend our time coordinating different infrastructure jobs and making sure the workers have what they need. There is usually a pot of tea on the small stove in the corner. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and ring the bell. The walls are covered in project timelines and handwritten notes about different sites we are managing. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get our reports sent out eventually. It is a very grounded way to run a business. We know the security guards at the gate and the local shopkeepers nearby. Our team is small and we have worked together for a long time. We handle the bills and the site plans right here on the dining table. It is just a normal local business trying to stay on top of the work we have.
