At Grayline Medical Private Limited, we work out of a basement office in Lajpat Nagar-IV. The address is A-1, and we’re on the left side of the basement in Dayanand Colony. It’s a decent spot in a well-known part of South Delhi. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during those really hot months, which we all appreciate. The space is filled with medical supplies and the usual office stuff like computers and stacks of paper. It’s not the most glamorous location, but it serves us well for what we do. Dayanand Colony is a mix of people living there and small businesses like ours, so it has a nice community feel to it. We spend our time checking through inventory and making sure our deliveries are on track. Sometimes the lighting down here isn't the brightest, and we have to reorganize the boxes to make sure we can walk around, but we’ve got a good system going. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small team trying to get things right. We’ve been in this part of Lajpat Nagar for a while and have a good rhythm to our days. It’s all about being practical and getting the medical gear to the people who are waiting for it. We just show up every morning, open up the basement, and get to work.
