Globalpact Aehomes Developers Llp has its office in New Friends Colony. We are at C-660 on the first floor. It’s a nice area in South Delhi, a bit quieter than some other parts, which helps when we need to focus on development plans. We spend our days looking at maps and talking to workers. Most of the work involves home development in various stages. The office is usually cluttered with samples of tiles or bits of wood and stone. We aren't really the type to have everything perfectly polished. It’s a working office. We’ve been around for a bit now, and most of our neighbors know us. We handle the paperwork and the site management from this spot. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual construction sites. Sometimes we are there late into the evening. Construction is a lot of waiting for things to dry or for trucks to arrive. We just try to keep everyone on schedule as best as we can. New Friends Colony is a good base for us. We've gotten to know the local suppliers and the way things work around here. It's just a regular business day for us.
