Fqn Construction Private Limited is based in Jamia Nagar. Our office is at F-13/20, on the first floor towards the back side in Jogabai Extension. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot in the Okhla area, but it suits us just fine. We do construction work, mostly around this part of New Delhi. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and half-finished cups of chai. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot of money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our budget goes into the equipment and the workers we have out on the various jobs. We’ve been around for a bit and have seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. There’s always someone coming in to talk about a new project or some repair that needs doing. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have any smooth-talking sales people. You usually just talk to the same people who are going to be overseeing the building work. We just try to be honest about what can be done and how much it’s going to cost. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are very long, especially when we’re trying to finish a foundation before the rain starts. We're just a regular construction crew making our way and doing the best we can.
