Foundation For Creating Shared Value

Flat No-65 in the RPS Flats at Sheikh Sarai Phase 1 is where we keep things running. Foundation For Creating Shared Value is the official title, but we mostly just think of it as our workspace in South Delhi. It’s on the first floor, so you don't have to climb too many stairs. The space is a bit tight with all the files and the extra chairs we keep for when people drop in. We are interested in how companies and the people living around them can both get something good out of a project. It’s about making sure things are fair for everyone, not just the people at the top. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or answering emails, trying to bridge the gap between different groups. The neighborhood here in Sheikh Sarai is pretty lively, which keeps us on our toes. You can hear the kids playing outside and the vendors calling out. It’s a real place, and that reminds us why we do this work. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our words. We just tell it like it is. If a project isn't working, we say so. We are just a small team trying to make sense of how value can be shared better in this city. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. We've been in this flat for a while now and it feels like home.
