You can find Foster Career Consulting Private Limited over at Plot No. 129-A in Shyam Vihar Phase 1. We are on the first floor, right above Kh No. 188 in the Najafgarh area of South Delhi. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The office is basically just a couple of rooms where we talk to people about their jobs and where they want to go next in their lives. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team of us who know a thing or two about the job market. We spend a lot of our time reading through resumes and calling people back. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the space works for what we need. People from Najafgarh and the surrounding parts of South Delhi come to see us when they feel stuck at work. We don't offer any magic solutions, just some practical advice and a look at what options might be out there. Some days are slow and we just drink tea and talk, while other days the phone won't stop ringing. It’s a real place with real people working in it. We like it that way because it keeps things honest.
