At Ethus Developers Llp, we work out of a ground floor office in Shivalik, Malviya Nagar. The address is B-33 and we are right here in the South Delhi area with the 110017 pin code. It’s a fairly straightforward setup we have here. We don't have a lot of flash or unnecessary stuff in the office because we’d rather spend that money on the projects. It’s mostly just us, our computers, and a whole lot of files related to the development work we do every day. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in and ask questions, though we are usually pretty busy with whatever the current project is. Malviya Nagar is a lively neighborhood and there is always plenty of energy around the streets. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and it suits us just fine. We aren't corporate types who wear suits and ties every day. Most of us are more comfortable in casual clothes and spending time at the actual work sites instead of behind a desk. When we are here in the office, we are just managing the day-to-day things that keep a development company moving along. There’s a lot of coordination involved, from talking to vendors to checking on site schedules. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are more than we are. It’s a small, hard-working group of people in a simple room in Shivalik. We just do the work and keep things moving forward without any unnecessary drama or long meetings.
