We are located at G-66/2 in Gautam Nagar, which is right near Father Agnel School. That landmark makes it pretty easy for people to find us in this part of South Delhi. The office is a straightforward place where we handle estate work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the calendars and maps we need to keep track of things. Being near the school means the area gets quite lively at certain times of the day, which we actually quite like. Most of our work involves checking on properties and making sure all the legal bits and pieces are in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We have a small group of people working here, and we all know our roles pretty well. There isn't any corporate hierarchy to worry about; we just get the tasks finished as they come in. Gautam Nagar is a good base for us because it’s central to many of the areas we work in. We spend our time between the office and visiting different sites around the city. It's a lot of movement, but we prefer being active over sitting still all day. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through files or talking on our mobile phones. It is a basic, honest way to run a business without any of the usual fluff. We just keep at it day by day.
