Erthwo Foundation

Our office for Erthwo Foundation is at Hn-4/878 on Koil Street 11. We’re in Friends Colony, right near the City Montessori School. You can usually hear the kids playing or the school bells ringing throughout the day. It’s a fairly residential street, so it’s not too loud otherwise. The house is an older one, and we use the ground floor for the foundation. It’s got these heavy wooden doors that creak every time someone walks in. Inside, it’s a bit dark, so we have to keep the lights on even when it’s sunny out. We have a few old wooden tables pushed together to make one big workspace for everyone. There’s always someone coming or going, usually someone from the neighborhood or a parent from the school nearby. We don’t have a formal reception area or anything like that. You just walk into the main room and we’re all there. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit when it’s on the high setting, which is a bit nerve-wracking. We’ve got piles of folders everywhere because we haven’t quite figured out a better system yet. It’s a bit of a mess, but it’s our mess. We’ve been here in Friends Colony for a bit and we’ve gotten to know the people on Koil Street pretty well. It’s just a normal place where we get our work done every day.
