The name kind of says it all, as we focus on both the learning side of things and the physical building. It's a bit of a mix, which keeps things interesting for us. One day we might be looking at educational materials or training, and the next we are worried about construction supplies. It’s not your typical business setup. Our office in North East Delhi is where we plan everything out. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It's more of a local operation where we all wear many hats. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We try to stay grounded and just deal with what's in front of us. The neighborhood knows us, and we like it that way. We've had our share of ups and downs like any other small business starting out.
