Eldeco Homes Developers Limited

Our place is over at the Jasola District Centre, specifically in the Splendor Forum building. We take up rooms 201 through 212 on the second floor. It’s a decent-sized space because we have a lot of different things going on at once with Eldeco Homes Developers Limited. Jasola is a busy hub, so there is always a lot of movement in the hallways and around the building. We’ve been here for a while, managing various housing projects and development tasks from this office. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of fluff. We have desks, computers, and a lot of maps and blueprints lying around. Most of the day is spent on the phone or in small meetings trying to figure out the next steps for different sites. It can get a bit loud when everyone is working at once, but that’s just how it goes in a developer's office. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate pitch. Usually, people come to us because they want to know about a specific project or need help with home development questions. The second floor is easy enough to get to, and the building is pretty easy to find if you know where Jasola District Centre is. We just focus on the building side of things and let the work speak for itself. It's a busy, practical environment for a local team.
