You can find Econovation Homes Llp over in Greater Kailash Enclave Part-I, at C-23. It’s a nice enough spot in South Delhi, a bit quieter than some of the other main markets around here. We work on home projects, trying to handle the construction and the planning side of things without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Building a house or working on a home is a long process, so we spend a lot of time just talking through the steps and making sure the basics are covered. Our office is where all that thinking happens. It’s not a huge operation, just a dedicated team that knows the local area well. We’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed over the years and we try to keep that in mind when we’re working. There’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and suppliers, which keeps us pretty busy most days. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that stuck on the wall. We just show up, look at the plans, and try to make sure things get built properly. It’s practical work, really. Sometimes things go exactly as planned and other times we have to adjust because that’s just how construction goes. We like being in GK; it’s a good base for us to reach different parts of the city. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to stay organized through the various stages of building.
