Earthcon Realty Developers Llp is based over in Jasola Vihar. We are located at T-70 in Sector 7. This part of South Delhi has seen a lot of growth recently. Our office is where we handle all the planning for our reality projects. It’s a practical workspace, filled with blueprints and some old coffee mugs. We aren't big on fancy decorations here. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or visiting sites to see how the work is coming along. Jasola is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We’ve been working in the development sector for quite some time now. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks at once. One day we are looking at land, the next we are dealing with plumbing issues on a site. It’s never really boring. The staff here is local, and we all just want to get the job done right. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down, but we just figure it out. It’s a gritty business, construction, but we like seeing things actually get built. We’ve stayed at this Sector 7 address because it works for us and our clients know where to find us. Just a regular bunch of people doing building work and making sure the foundations are solid.
