We set up our workspace here in Greater Kailash 1 a while back. It’s on the second floor of the C-207 building. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find. We are a small team at Dwarikaraj Developers LLP, and we mostly focus on getting our local building projects moving. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls and checking on schedules. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lobby or anything. It is just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with contractors. We spend quite a bit of time dealing with the usual headaches that come with construction in Delhi. Things like permits and materials take up a lot of our day. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been around this part of South Delhi for some time now and have gotten used to the pace here. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the actual sites. We don’t really do much in the way of big presentations. It’s more about sitting down and looking at the practical side of how to get a floor finished or a wall put up. We just try to keep things moving along as best as we can. It’s hard work and the days can get pretty long, but that’s just the nature of the business. You can usually find someone here during the day.
