DS HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our workplace is down in the basement of A-67 in South Extension Part-2. It is a bit of a hidden spot, but it suits us at DS Homes Private Limited. We do not need a big storefront on the main road to do what we do. Most of our work is about the nuts and bolts of property and housing. We have a few desks set up and some old filing cabinets that are bursting at the seams. It is a busy environment even if it is below ground level. We spend our mornings on the phone and our afternoons out at various sites. South Ex Part-2 is a good place to be based because it is central to a lot of the areas we work in. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about the local property market. We do not have a polished pitch or a fancy brochure. If you come see us, you will probably find us in the middle of a cup of tea or arguing over a floor plan. It is a real, working office. We handle the paperwork and the site visits ourselves. It is not always easy, especially when the weather is bad or the traffic is heavy, but we get it done. We have been in this basement for a while and it has become home for the business. It is practical, it is honest, and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
