Being at Deja Brew Taps means we see a lot of people walking by every single day. It’s a lively spot in South Delhi. We spent a lot of time getting the place ready. We don't have some grand philosophy about why we're here. We just liked the idea of having a place in the market. The ground floor location helps because people can just pop in. We handle the taps and make sure things are running okay. We aren't some big chain with a manual for everything. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves.
