Our place is near the MCD school in Sarai Julena. If you know the area, it's 2/3 on the ground floor, right at the front portion. Being in South Delhi makes things busy, but we like the location. Decoria Projects has been around for a bit now, focusing on various project works that come our way. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s mostly just us working at our desks and talking to vendors. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the school nearby and the street traffic, but you get used to it. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedules. It is a practical office space. We have some samples lying around and blueprints on the tables most of the time. The team here is small, so everyone knows what needs to be done without a lot of meetings. We handle things as they come. If someone drops by, they usually find us busy with some layout or checking on a site. Sarai Julena is a tight-knit spot, so we see a lot of the same faces. We just do our work and go home. It’s not about being the biggest name out there; it's just about getting the projects finished properly. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at site photos to make sure things are moving.
