We are located down in the basement at C-507 in Chittaranjan Park. It's a quiet enough spot, though being in a basement means we don't get much sunlight during the day. DEARCH DESIGNS AND CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is where we put together our drawings and figure out how to build things for people around South Delhi. It gets a bit cramped when we have all our tools and rolls of paper lying around, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different construction sites. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the local markets nearby. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated team trying to get the job done right. Sometimes the internet is spotty down here, which can be a pain when we need to send large files, but we make do. We focus on the practical side of building, looking at what's possible and what isn't. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of measuring twice to make sure we don't have to cut twice. Usually, there's someone in the office by eight in the morning, and we stay until the light fades outside. We don’t do anything flashy, just the usual design and construction work that keeps us busy throughout the year. If you know CR Park, you know it’s a maze, but we’ve been here long enough to find our way around.
