Custom Home Infra And Developers Private Limited is based in Nehru Place. Our office is at 711/92 in the Deepali building. If you’ve ever been to Nehru Place, you know it’s the heart of South Delhi for a lot of businesses. It’s always crowded and there’s always something happening. We work on home infrastructure and development. It’s a lot of meetings about bricks, cement, and permits. Our space in Deepali isn't very large, but it’s where we do all our planning. We aren't the type of people to use big words or pretend we are something we aren't. We are just developers trying to get houses built. Some days the heat in Delhi makes it hard to stay motivated, but we have deadlines to meet. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It’s a messy business, honestly. There is always some problem to solve or a delay to handle. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with a lot of red marks on it. People come to us because they want something built, and we try to get it finished. The office is usually full of blueprints and empty tea cups. We have been in 110019 for a while now. It’s a good location even if parking is a nightmare. We just keep our heads down and work. There isn't much more to it than that, just daily building and planning.
