Our office is down in the basement of House Number 824 in Arjun Nagar. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially with all the files we have for Coruscating Realty India Private Limited. Being in the L/P basement means you have to watch your step coming down the stairs. The light isn't the best, but we have some good lamps so we can see what we are reading. Kotla Mubarakpur is a crowded area, so there is always noise from the street above us. We hear the motorbikes and the vendors calling out all day long. It's a practical spot for us because we are right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time walking to nearby properties to check on things or meeting people at the local tea stalls. The basement stays fairly cool even when the sun is hitting the street hard. We have a couple of computers that are always running and the printer usually needs more paper. People drop in to ask about small flats or shops for rent in this part of town. We just show them what we have on the list and go from there. There isn't much room for anything fancy, just the essentials for getting the work done. It is a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep the place as clean as we can. It is just a basic office where we handle our daily business.
