Corazon Restaurant Llp

We are down in the lower ground floor at S-405 in Greater Kailash II. It’s a nice part of South Delhi, but being in the LGF means we don’t get a lot of natural sunlight. We rely on our own lights to keep the place looking bright and usable. We call ourselves Corazon Restaurant, and we’ve been working out of this space for a while now. The kitchen isn't huge, so we have to be very careful about where we put everything. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring and cleaning up. We don't have a big team of managers; it's mostly just us doing the actual work. The floors are a bit uneven in places, and the walls have a few scuffs, but it feels like a real place. GK-II has a lot of people who know their food, so we try to just stay focused on what we’re doing every day. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in the city. We just want to have a place where the food is decent and the atmosphere isn't too stiff. Most of our days are spent checking the fridge and making sure the stove is working. It’s a lot of mundane tasks that people don’t see from the outside. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just open the doors, do the cooking, and then clean up at the end of the night. It’s a simple enough way to run a business.
