We are up on the second floor of Splendor Forum, taking up rooms 201 to 212. It’s a big space in the Jasola District Centre. Being here means we see a lot of people coming and going all day. The elevators can be slow during lunch time, so we often take the stairs if we aren't feeling too tired. The office for Conception Realtors Private Limited is mostly filled with desks and computers. We deal with property stuff every day, looking at maps and checking legal papers for different buildings. It’s a lot of sitting around and making calls, then driving out to see sites when someone is interested. The view from the windows is just other buildings and the busy streets below. Sometimes the noise from the traffic gets a bit much, but we are used to it by now. We’ve got a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. Most of our work is just organizing things for buyers and sellers around the district. It’s a corporate area but our office feels more like a workshop with all the maps pinned to the walls. We don't really do the fancy reception thing. People just walk in, find a seat, and we talk about whatever real estate project is on their mind. It keeps us busy from morning till the sun goes down over the city skyline. There is always a lot to do with all the files and folders.
