City Home Developers Private Limited

We have been based in South Delhi for quite some time now. Our office is located at C-357 in Defence Colony, which is right by Lajpat Nagar. It is a good spot to be in, even if parking is always a nightmare. City Home Developers Private Limited is what we call ourselves. The office is inside a building that has seen a lot of years. We have high ceilings and some old wooden desks that have been through a lot. Defence Colony is a bit more upscale than some other areas, but our office is pretty down-to-earth. We do not have any shiny glass partitions or fancy espresso machines. We just have a kettle and some packets of biscuits. Working in 110024 means we are close to everything. We spend a lot of time traveling between different sites, so the office is often empty for half the day. When we are here, it is usually to catch up on all the phone calls and bills. We do not have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to build things that will not fall apart. Sometimes the rain leaks through the window frame if the wind is blowing the right way. We just put a towel down and keep working. It is a simple life. We are not trying to be the biggest company, just one that gets its work done without too much fuss.
