Chrc Design & Build Private Limited is located in the Alaknanda Shopping Complex in South Delhi. We are in the Nuchna Building at Office No 1, E-1. Being in a shopping complex means there's always a lot of foot traffic and noise, which we actually like. It makes the place feel alive. We handle both the design side and the actual building side of things. It’s nice because we can see a project through from just a sketch to a finished room or building. Our office is full of samples—different types of wood, stone, and paint swatches. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing things come together. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us having tea and discussing a layout for a new kitchen or office space. We try to keep our designs practical because we know people actually have to live and work in these spaces. We don't go for anything too over-the-top. Most of our clients are local folks who want something done right. We take our time with the details because that’s what matters in the end. It’s not a fast-paced corporate machine here, just a steady pace to make sure the quality is okay. We just do our thing every day.
