Buildkart Construction is located on the first floor of B-28 in Panchsheel Enclave. We’ve been operating out of this part of New Delhi for a while now. The office is a simple place where we manage various building projects. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated team that likes to see things built right. Most of our work is around the South Delhi area, which keeps us pretty busy. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, from getting the right materials to making sure the workers show up on time. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or at site meetings, trying to keep everything moving forward. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of days where things don't go as planned, but we just deal with it and move on. We don't use any flashy marketing or big slogans. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. The neighborhood here is nice and quiet, which is a good break from the noisy construction sites we visit every day. If you’re looking for us, we’re just up the stairs on the first floor. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We just want to do good work and stay out of the way of all the corporate drama and the politics that usually come with big projects.
