Bts Realtech Private Limited is located at Rz-3157 on the second floor in Gali No 36 of Tughlakabad Extension. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how narrow the lanes can get. It is a lively spot with a lot of energy. Our office is a front-side space, so we get to see everything happening in the street below. We handle real estate work, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with different people and a ton of documents. It’s a small operation, and the stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you are not used to them. We have been in Tughlakabad for a while, and we have gotten used to the hustle. The office itself is just a regular room with some desks and a water cooler that always seems to need refilling. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. The neighbors are mostly families and other small businesses, so it feels like a community. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit and wait it out while talking about the news. It is not the most glamorous place, but it is our place. We are just regular folks trying to make a living in a very busy part of South Delhi.
