We are located at I 74 75 on the ground floor in Lajpat Nagar-I. It is right near the community centre, which is a good landmark because people always get lost around here. At Bsts Estate Llp, we spend our days looking at property listings and talking to landlords. Lajpat Nagar is a busy place with a lot of markets and houses squeezed together. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just stop by when they are passing. We have a simple office. It’s not very fancy, just some desks and chairs and a lot of files. The area stays noisy with all the shoppers and traffic, but that’s New Delhi for you. We just focus on the real estate tasks at hand. Sometimes we have to go out and inspect a place, and other times we are stuck inside doing the legal bits. It’s a mix. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just know the 110024 area and try to help people find what they are looking for. It’s a lot of patience. Dealing with property isn't always smooth, things get delayed or people change their minds. We just take it as it comes. It's just us here, keeping the lights on and doing the work. We make sure the contracts are signed and the keys are handed over without any extra drama for anyone involved.
