Bspa Infratech Private Limited operates out of a flat in Shaheen Bagh. It’s House Number A-98, specifically Flat Number 1 in Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2. Jamia Nagar is a busy place with a lot of narrow lanes and people moving everywhere. Our office is basically a converted room where we handle all our infrastructure projects. It’s quiet inside most of the time compared to the busy street outside. We have our computers and a bunch of folders stacked up on the wooden shelves. Working from a residential area like this keeps us connected to the local vibe. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, just the work we do. Most of our day is spent calling various contractors or checking on project timelines. The tea here is good if you know where to go down the street. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us by name now. It’s a simple setup for a small business. We don’t really do big meetings here; usually, we just meet people at the sites themselves. When we are in the office, it’s about getting the plans drawn up and making sure all the numbers add up. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Shaheen Bagh is where we started, and we like the community here. It’s a normal office for normal people doing their jobs.
